Who we are

This policy explains what personal information Australis Global Ventures, LLC (“Australis”, “we”, “us”) collects through australisglobalventures.com and how we handle it. We are a wholesale procurement and Amazon FBA logistics company based in Brandon, Florida, and this site is a business-to-business site for brands and suppliers.

By using the site or sending us a message you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information we collect

We collect only what you send us and what a web server records automatically.

Information you give us. When you complete the application form on our Contact page, we receive your first and last name, company or brand name, business email address, and the message you write about your catalog and product listings. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider’s servers log the IP address, browser type, pages requested, and date and time of each visit. We use these logs for security and to keep the site running.

Cookies. Visitors who are not logged in do not receive cookies from this site. Site administrators receive standard WordPress login cookies. We do not currently use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies.

Please do not send us sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, payment card numbers, or health information through the form.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to you and to run the site, and for nothing unrelated to that.

  • To read and answer your application or inquiry and to evaluate a possible wholesale partnership.
  • To follow up with you about the catalog, products, or terms you asked about.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix technical problems.
  • To keep business records and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing newsletters unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the site and our business, and where the law requires it.

  • Hosting and email providers. Our website and its data are hosted by Hostinger, and application emails pass through our email provider. They process information only to provide those services.
  • Professional advisers. Lawyers, accountants, and insurers, where needed for our business.
  • Legal and safety. Authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the security of the site.
  • Business transfers. A buyer or successor, if Australis is sold or reorganized. We would tell you if this policy’s terms changed as a result.

We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Cookies, hosting and third-party services

The site runs on WordPress and is hosted by Hostinger. Fonts, images, and scripts that make the pages display are served from our own site, so your browser does not contact font or script networks such as Google Fonts when you view our pages.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, or social media plugins. If we add any, we will update this policy before they go live and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because we do not track visitors across sites, we do not need to act differently when it is on.

Retention and security

We keep application messages for as long as we need them to evaluate and manage a business relationship with you, and to keep ordinary business records. When we no longer need them, or when you ask us to delete them and the law allows it, we delete them.

The site is served over HTTPS, access to the site’s administration area is limited to authorized users with password protection, and the contact form includes spam protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email narrieta@australisglobalventures.com from the address you used, and we will respond within 45 days.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Residents of some U.S. states, including California, have specific rights over their personal information, and residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom have rights under their local data protection laws. We honor these requests where they apply. Where we rely on a legal basis, it is our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, you may contact your local data protection or consumer protection authority.

Children, changes, and contact

This site is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and if you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do, and material changes will be posted here.
